What A Great Holiday!

We got back late Saturday night and spent Sunday unpacking the car and doing seemingly endless loads of washing.

We spent the week in Exmouth and had the most fabulous, relaxing, gorgeously WARM time. We've all come back tanned and cheery - not that anyone will be seeing my tan, it's buried under about five layers of clothes as Perth is absolutely freezing right now. We holiday-ed with the across-the-roads which was lovely. The kids enjoyed having each other for company and, for the most part, got along famously, and the grown-ups also enjoyed the company and having some-one to go fishing with (in the case of Hubby and Mr-across-the-road) and chat and drink wine with (in the case of me and Mrs-across-the-road).

And onto some pics:

We finally managed to get a pic under the 26th Parallel sign - we've only driven past it oodles of times over the last 12 or so years!

The coast

The girls playing at the beach

Offspring #1 lounging about

A beautiful pic of Hubby and his girl

And mummy behind the camera...don't you love that there are never any photos of you but plenty of the rest of the family?! I can't believe you have never been to Exmouth...glad to hear you had a good holiday. Love your new layout too!

Wow, a new look! :-)

Awww, great pics, that clear-blue-sky, the sea and all the happy faces! But shoot? Never saw the 26th-sign!

Gosh, seems you just had a great time! :-)

LOL Kaz, I'm VERY happy behind the camera! We went to Exmouth in October last year and loved it so had to go back again :)

It was fab, Iris. I saved a little something from Exmouth for you - how about giving me your email address and I'll get in touch about mailing it to you?

Thanks, Melody. It was a great holiday - I love the colour of the sky in the photo of hubby and #2.

Howdy! I realize this is sort of off-topic however I had to ask. Does managing a well-established website like yours take a lot of work? I’m completely new to running a blog but I do write in my journal every day. I’d like to start a blog so I will be able to share my experience and views online. Please let me know if you have any suggestions or tips for new aspiring bloggers. Thankyou!
