You May Have Noticed...

that I have been playing again. A blog is kind of like a room. It gets a bit boring when it looks the same for too long! If you have been through here in the last little bit you may have seen a few different versions. I think this is the one I'll stick with for now, although there may be some tweaking of colours, etc. Let me know what you think. Does it look okay? Is anything too hard to read, too little, too big?

Hey! Maybe someone who has never commented could let me know what they think? Pretty pretty pretty please?????

I like the different colors for titles and comments. I can read everything perfectly!

I think the new look is good. I can't even remember how it used to look. I read too many blogs! Actually, I usually read them through the Bloglines page so I don't get to see the pretty colours, just the words.

I love playing around with the colours on my own blog. Sometimes I think that if I can just get the colours right, the whole thing will start to work. I'm on a self-imposed hiatus at the moment, I've completely Lost The Will To Blog. Maybe I need to go yellow, or green. Something uplifting.

Sorry to go on and on an on...

It looks good, tidier and easier to read than the last look that I saw :) One thing is that you might want to change the colour of the post headers - I'm taking an intro web design class at the moment and they stress that you should try and go light against dark when it comes to text and background colour so that it's easier for the eyes to take in :)

Thanks Claire!

I know exactly what you mean Trish. I thought some pretty new colours and new look might liven things up a little. PS - "on and on" is how I go, so feel free to join in LOL.

Thanks Ellie. I couldn't make the margins in the 'extras' column of the old format justify so it looked messy and I don't do messy LOL. I like how this one looks tidier. Thankyou for the tip about the colour - I loved the other green but wasn't sure if it was just my eyes that was making it hard to read. I have changed it to a darker green - what do you think?

Hi!

I've only recently started reading your blog having stumbled on it on a link from another and I love the new format! Sleek, easy to read and great recipes!
