Winter Shopping

Having missed out on the past couple of winters the kids have absolutely no warm-weather gear and, as we are moving back just as the weather starts to turn I thought I'd best rectify the situation. I'm not going to go overboard but they will need a few things to get them through the first few weeks.

Today I got a cute little denim overall dress for Offspring #2. It came with a long-sleeved t-shirt and I picked up some pink leggings to go underneath. Offspring #1 scored some track-pants and a couple of jumpers.

I also found a great bargain and couldn't go past it. It's warm, it's cute, #2 loves it and it was half-price. Roll on winter!

Cute, I've got one just like it. Perhaps you saw me on channel nine news? On strike. Take that, the man.
I love the last artsy photo.

What a gorgeous winter coat! And any excuse to go shopping for the kids eh? You should see what I have lined up for Monet to take to Europe with us!

Thanks, Claire. She's going to love the gumboots hidden in her closet!

Hey Chantalle - I'm sure you're just as cute in yours too :) News? You forget, I have little kids. I don't have time for such things as watching the news! Did you guys strike the same day we did? (See, I know nothing!)Oh and artsy-fartsy photo - it's really small child leaping about like a lunatic making the furry bit on her hood tickle her face! But I'll take the compliment, thanks.

I can only imagine the fun you have had shopping, Melody. Should I be looking at M's clothes in the Europe pics-to-come rather than the background? LOL

Thanks, Iris.

She is SO cute. She looks so cheeky, like my second daughter. What is it about girls and new clothes??
